What’s new?
Exciting News: Our Clubhouse is officially complete!
- all exercise equipment has been delivered and set up in the Fitness Center, so get ready to break a sweat!
- The Clubhouse Kitchen is now fully equipped with brand-new appliances, ready to host fun events all year-round.
- Equipment in the Theater Room is wrapping up this week, get that popcorn ready!
- Our stunning paver pool deck is completed, and we’re on track to finish the pool before month’s end.
- Our waterfront Shuffleboard, Pickleball, and Bocce Courts are all ready for friendly competition!
Around the community you will find…
- All roads are freshly paved and ready for action.
- Curbs have been installed around the parking areas
- There are currently 18 beautiful homes under construction in the community, stay tuned for our first listing!
Next on our agenda? Irrigation installation for all common areas to keep everything lush and lovely.
