January Construction Update

The next steps in progress are very exciting as they take us to our final “construction update”. In the meantime, let’s check out the strides that were made in January, setting the stage for what’s to come:

• One of the notable achievements in January was the installation of lighting for the shuffleboard and pickleball courts. These lakefront features will be well-lit, creating a vibrant atmosphere for friendly matches.
• In addition to the sports courts, the irrigation systems have been successfully put in place. As we move into the next phase, the focus will shift towards landscaping the common areas – an exciting step in the completion of construction!
• Waterside now has 18 homes in place! All built to provide comfort, style, and affordability. As we finalize the finishing touches, keep an eye out for their upcoming listings.

As we move forward, closer to the end of construction, we want to say thank you for your interest in our community. It has been a fun journey that we have loved sharing with you.
