June Construction Update

Exciting news from Waterside Retirement Community!

We’re thrilled to share our progress as we get closer and closer to our grand opening day. Soon, 55+ active adults will experience the vibrant Central Florida retirement lifestyle they’ve always dreamed of!

Here’s what we’ve been up to:

• Road paving has kicked off this week.
• Every lot is now graded and ready for homes to be placed!
• The pool’s shell, plumbing, and tile are completed. Next up: coping and the paver pool deck.
• The Community Clubhouse is coming together wonderfully:
  • The Event (Great) Room is done; just waiting on kitchen appliances.
  • Billiards Room, Library/Card Room, Fitness Center, Arts and Crafts Room are complete; awaiting furniture.
  • Theater Room is finished too; AV equipment installation is next.
• Shuffleboard Courts are ready – Benches and covers will be installed soon.
• Pickleball courts are also completely ready for action!
• Bocce courts almost there – with siderails being wrapped up now before the final surface finish.
• A total of 12 homes are currently on-site, under construction with even more on the way!
• Our sales office is moving through the stages of construction.
• Common area landscaping will begin once the roads are completed!
