Mobile Home loans are fixed-rate loans. Only the mobile home is taken as collateral, not the land.

Currently, we charge a $300 loan origination fee, appraisal $395.00, appraisal review fee $20, flood determination $5.75, and FL documentary stamps are determined by the loan amount. The community collects the titling fees.

In addition to closing costs, we collect a four-month homeowners insurance escrow deposit. We will include a monthly escrow deposit with your principal and interest payment due each month.

Interest rates are competitive with other lenders and based on the term of the loan and the borrower’s creditworthiness. Our standard rate can be discounted if the borrower has a SouthState checking account and allows the Bank to auto-draft monthly payments.
