October Construction Update

Waterside took a lot of exciting steps forward this October! The gorgeous landscaping has transformed this “construction zone” into “a community on the horizon”! What’s new?
- The landscaping around the sports courts and clubhouse has been completed, providing a beautiful and welcoming space to enjoy.
- Construction for the lakefront firepit is currently underway, offering a cozy and scenic spot to gather with friends.
- The security entrance gates have been installed, offering you a secure place to call “home”.
- A total of 9 homes have been completed so far, with 6 awaiting their final touches.
